I watched your blender ad a few years ago and was impressed. I had no idea you had a medical condition you were grappling successfully with at the time. I was doing ok but wanted to be healthier at age 70, but didn't think I was in bad shape. I was juicing at the time all sorts of greens, beets, not much fruit.

All of a sudden I got a dreadful report on my coronary arteries had a lot of calcium in them, and I then decided to start blending instead of juicing. I got a blender (sorry, not yours but another one) and eating a whole food plant-based diet instead of going to cardiology. In 6 weeks my cholesterol went from 270 to 165, BP from 145/90 to 110/70, triglycerides from 324 to 87, my doctor fell off his chair. I had asked him for the 6 weeks before going to cardiologist, but he said nothing we do can beat that, keep it up.

That was 4 years later, I've lost 40 lbs from 215 to 175 at 6' 1". What's really strange is my protein on my high meat diet went up 40 percent AFTER I quit all animal products. I was at lower end of normal range, then shot to dead center of normal range for the whole 4 years eating no meat, fish, dairy, nothing from an animal, and just plain old veggies and fruit, whole grains, etc. It can't be true, but it is.

It all started with you that night watching your ad, and I wanted to thank you very much, I am very healthy with no more worries about arteries, my doctor is speechless, since he's an MD and they can't say boo, but I know he wishes all his patients would do this.
